These heart shaped cookies are cute and simple. They arrived in a bright, colorful box printed with Smiley Cookies, making it a great gift idea for Valentine’s Day! They are perfectly iced in pink, with a white smiley face. I felt the cookie was a little too dry and hard for my liking, but my husband and toddler seemed to think it was absolutely delicious! Regardless of my opinion, the pack of cookies were gone the next day. You can even pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds to give them a fresh baked taste. Maybe I should have tried that!
